Overview
Xiaomi introduced the POCO F8 Ultra in Europe on 26 November 2025 with a limited-time early-bird discount. Once the promotion ended on 10 December, the regular recommended prices applied: €829.90 for the 256GB version and €899.90 for the 512GB model. What shoppers pay today depends on the country and the seller, and the gap between the cheapest and most expensive listings is large.
Here is what the phone costs, which versions exist, and where the extra money makes sense.

Only two storage options, and no card slot
Europe gets two versions. RAM is tied to storage, so you cannot mix and match.
| Version | RAM | Storage type | Memory card slot |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12GB + 256GB | 12GB | UFS 4.1 | No |
| 16GB + 512GB | 16GB | UFS 4.1 | No |
Both come in Black and Denim Blue. Because there is no microSD slot, the capacity you pick at checkout is the capacity you keep.
Official launch pricing in Europe
| Version | Early bird (26 Nov to 10 Dec 2025) | Regular price |
|---|---|---|
| 12GB + 256GB | €699.90 | €829.90 |
| 16GB + 512GB | €749.90 | €899.90 |
Some early coverage rounded these to €700 and €750, which is why you will see slightly different numbers around the web. The early-bird window saved buyers roughly €130 to €150, and that discount is gone.
Current retailer prices
Nobody has to pay the regular price anymore, but sellers still disagree. These examples cover selected European markets rather than every country in the EU, and prices and availability can differ significantly between markets. The table shows the version, the seller and the date the source displayed each price. Compare like with like: a 256GB price and a 512GB price are different products.
| Market | Seller | Version | Price | Source and date |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spain | Amazon (third-party seller) | 12GB + 256GB | €638 | Compra Smartphone, 31 Oct 2026 |
| Spain | PcComponentes | 12GB + 256GB | €646 | Compra Smartphone, 31 Oct 2026 |
| Spain | Carrefour (marketplace seller) | 12GB + 256GB | €649 | Compra Smartphone, 28 Oct 2026 |
| Spain | Fnac (third-party seller) | 12GB + 256GB | €653 | Compra Smartphone, 31 Oct 2026 |
| Spain | Xiaomi Store | 12GB + 256GB | €700 (list price €830) | Compra Smartphone, 31 Oct 2026 |
Each price carries the date its source displayed it. Comparison sites can show offers from third-party sellers, and stock, shipping, VAT treatment and warranty terms can change the final amount at checkout.
Prices vary considerably between sellers, and storage capacity, stock and seller conditions make direct comparisons difficult. In the Spanish listings checked, Xiaomi’s official store was around €62 more expensive than the lowest Amazon offer. That difference may be worthwhile for buyers who prefer purchasing directly from Xiaomi.
Marketplace listings, especially on AliExpress, can undercut every price above, sometimes with coupon codes. Check whether the unit is the European or Global version, whether it is new, what shipping and taxes add, and whether a European warranty applies. I did not find a current 512GB price from a regular European retailer that I could verify, so if you want that version, compare several sellers before you commit.

Which storage should you pick?
The real difference between the two versions is storage: double the space on a phone you cannot expand. If you mostly use social apps, messaging, streaming and a handful of games, 256GB is enough. If you record a lot of 4K video, install several large games or keep media offline, 512GB saves you from deleting things every few months.
On price, the maths is simple. When the 512GB model costs about €40 to €80 more, take it. When a shop asks for €150 or more on top, the 256GB version is the better deal. The extra RAM that comes with the larger model is a bonus, but it should not drive the decision.
The rest of the phone does not change between versions: a display marketed as 6.9 inches (about 6.85 inches measured), the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a 6500mAh battery and Android 16 with HyperOS 3. If it costs too much

A note for readers in Nigeria
European retail prices generally include applicable local VAT, but warranty coverage depends on the seller and the version being sold. If you plan to import the phone into Nigeria, shipping, possible import duties and after-sales support should all factor into your final cost.
